RunExeSvc — Run Any Program as a Windows Service

RunExeSvc is a tool that runs any Windows executables as Windows NT/2000/XP services. The service is easy to set up and run. See the Introduction and User's Guide

RunExeSvc has two versions: one for NT4 and one for 2000/XP. Make sure you download the version for your Windows platform.
